Post Doctoral Researcher Position:

NDCL is looking for a post doctoral candidate to work in the area of understanding strongly correlated electronic transport in complex oxide heterostructures. Prospective candidates should have a PhD in Electrical Engineering or Condensed Matter Physics and expected to have a strong background in transport physics in low dimensional solid state materials. Prior experience in experimental transport measurement is a strong factor.

Penn State researchers are part of a five-year, $194 million research effort recently announced by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) to support continued growth and leadership in the U.S. semiconductor industry. The post doctoral candidate is expected to lead a group of energetic and talented PhD students and interact closely with the leading technologists from the US commercial and defense electronics industries.
